Soul’s Reflection Retreat

Join us for an introspective, expansive and deeply replenishing retreat 21-24 May 2026 at Monty’s House, Montville. An intentional offering, this retreat is designed to gently reawaken your senses and reconnect you to yourself, with restorative self-care appointments woven into your experience.

Relaxation and Restoration

will underpin every moment of our May Retreat.

A woman with light brown hair styled with a slight wave, wearing a white off-the-shoulder dress with lace details, standing outdoors in a natural setting with trees and sunlight, smiling softly at the camera.

Through my work I’ve found that women have such a hard time embracing a slower pace.

Sometimes what we need is a full reset, where we get back to that regulated and peaceful state. And after fully embracing that place and the restoration it provides, we’re able to better prioritise ourselves and feel a greater sense of flow in our daily lives.

The Leading Ladies

This retreat’s leading ladies have been hand-selected for their ability to empower you in your journey to reconnecting with yourself.

Mid-morning activities

The activities below will run on both Friday and Saturday, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to join each activity once.

Intuition through tarot and oracle workshops

Experience tarot and oracle cards in a soft, intuitive way. Sunshine will guide us to read not from memorised meanings, but from inner knowing, sensing symbol, colour, and emotion to uncover what your inner world is ready to acknowledge. This gentle whole-group session offers insight, clarity, and develops self-trust.

Bush Flower Essences and Runes

Join Jo in a group session on Friday (repeated so that nobody misses out), exploring the subtle wisdom of bush flower essences and the ancient language of runes. You’ll receive gentle, intuitive guidance to gain insight, clarity, and deeper connection, supporting your self-led path and personal growth throughout the retreat.

Lomi Lomi Massage

Each participant will have a Lomi Lomi Hawaiian healing massage.

Soul Readings

Sunshine is offering Soul Readings (for those who haven’t attended a retreat or had a reading) should you wish to participate. During the session, you will uncover a unique perspective that empowers you to embrace your inner knowledge. Using clairvoyance and claircognizant channelling approach, she will tap into your energy, allowing the conversation to naturally flow towards the areas that need attention. For those of you who are returning attendees you will be able to have a 1:1 reiki, kinesiology or oracle reading session with Liz and Cas over the weekend in lieu of a soul reading.

Lunch

Be nourished with a nutritious lunch, before an intentional afternoon.

Dinner

Shame has no space here - we LOVE our food. Enjoy a delicious, nutritious soul filling meal.

Human Design Workshop
Dressed down and comfortable, Cas will provide each participant with their own Human Design Blueprint, running a session that will support you to understand your unique gifts. But more than just head knowledge, this session will help you feel how your design lives in your body - how your energy speaks, restores nad leads. This gentle session offers clarity, permission, and self-understanding to support your alignment throughout the retreat and beyond.

Need-to-know details

  • Mel

Something within me awakened during the retreat. I came away with a deeper understanding of my soul’s purpose and a newfound confidence to step forward on my path, fully supported by so many incredible women. Most importantly, I now know that I am worthy of being pampered, cherished, and deeply supported on this journey.

  • Karri

These retreats are more than just a getaway - they’re a transformative experience. If you’re looking for a retreat that nourishes the mind, body and soul, while connecting with like-minded women, Cas’s retreat is an unmissable experience for you.

  • Pauline

Cas, you went above and beyond to make my first retreat experience absolutely wonderful!

There was no chance of me feeling like I missed out on anything, because you catered to my dairy and gluten free needs! (Though coming home, I was immediately missing the plated meals).

It was a weekend of honest conversations, caring words, honesty and openness. Cas, you put in so much detail and it didn’t go unnoticed.
